Is WAAM-it a legal program?

Yes. It is designed to be an independent application that prepares and sends messages for a third party application.
Is the payment a recurring cost?

You pay once for a lifetime license. Once you have purchased our software, you can use it as much and as long as you wish.
Can the program be installed on more than one device?

Our programs are meant to be installed on a single device. Once the license key has been activated, the program registers on that specific device. If you are a business or an organization you will need to purchase a license for each individual device. We also have special corporate package deals that can be tailored to suit more than one device.
Can the program be transferred to an alternative PC/ Laptop?

Yes. Send us an email or a WhatsApp request, and we shall reset your password so you can install and activate the software on an alternative device.
Is WAAM-it Sender a spam program?

No. The user chooses how to implement any or all of the programs.
The user sends messages to recipients. If the contents of those messages are unsolicited “garbage” messages, those messages may be subject to spam prosecution or your WhatsApp account may be blocked/banned.
Can anyone access my contact lists and the content of my messages?

No one has access to your private data. The software is installed on your PC. Your contact lists, content of messages and any other information can be only accessed by you.
What is the sending speed of the software?

Sending Speed may vary from one PC to another depending on PC speed, internet bandwidth speed, whether or not the PC is infected with a virus, malware as well as the user definitions.
Average sending speed is:
• Text message only: 1-3 seconds per message
• Text message + a small file up to 500Kb: 2-4 seconds per message
• Text message + a large file up to 10Mb: 5-8 seconds per message
What is the difference between the WAAM-it Sender, a WhatsApp broadcast and/or posting a message in a group?

In both WhatsApp group and WhatsApp Broadcast only a maximum of 256 recipients can be reached.
People in a group may see your message but only if they are reading the group messages at the same time that you post your message or if they remember to scroll back later.
Those in your WhatsApp broadcast list will only receive your message if your number is in their phone’s address book. It means that you may send 256 messages and only 10% will receive it.

WhatsApp messages that are sent via WAAM-it Sender to recipients that are imported from a spread sheet plus the recipients with an active WhatsApp will automatically get your message(s). All messages can be personalized and have no limits.
In what way is the WAAM-it Sender superior than email or SMS?

Statistics show that an email open ratio is between 10-18%.

SMS text messages are costly, limited to 70 characters, can be monotonous and the addition of files is expensive as a MMS.
